Loved this article, excellent, excellent job.  I have a background in anthropology and work in a medical library tending computers.  Our folks on campus depend GenBank as much as they do water and air.

This is a great example we can use in our intro classes and it is personally interesting - wonderful.

Your explanation was clear and concise with enough information to get people going and enough leads to help people learn and explore on their own.
